Mass Effect 3 stops working after cutscene (Spoiler warning)

Sorry to hear that. Which platform do you play on (PC, PS3 or Xbox360)?

    Thanks for the fast reply.

     

    The first step in that case would be to repair the game data.

     

    -          In Origin, right-click on “Mass Effect3”

    -          Select “Repair Install”

    -          Let the repair tool work its magic, and reboot your computer.

    -          Try to play the mission again.

      Hey eachems, sorry took so long to get back. I was running around the whole weekend.

      Tried that and it still doesn't work. When I try to skip the cutscene, it goes straight to "Mass Effect 3 has stopped working" error on a black screen.

      Do I have to reinstall the game? Will I lose any data?

        Generally a black screen would make me think of a driver issue, I'll probably know more when I can check the DXDiag.
