Mass Effect 3 stops working after cutscene (Spoiler warning)

Do you have the Extended Cut? If so, maybe you should reinstall it (if that is even possible without uninstalling the entire game).

    Yes I have the Extended Cut, but how do I reinstall it? (I suppose you reinstall the Extended Cut)

        I think you can only reinstall DLC by reinstalling the entire game.
