Mass Effect 3 Story DLC it is not possible to obtain?

I recently decide to replay M3. So. is there any way to get story DLC at the moment? I've heard they're was free, but I can't buy or check them out

I see @Doom7971 , I hoped EA fixed this... You can check this, this and this topic - clearly they should be there. I'm only a player so all I can do is suggest contacting EA help (as in the first of linked topics) or waiting for someone from EA to join this topic.

I hope so @Resztaczasu , I read these threads before writing the post. Well, at least the multiplayer DLC downloaded without any problems. Anyway, thanks for your concern
