Mass Effect 3 will not launch says"no internet connection or needs cd key "

Question

&nbsp;I have un &amp; re installed and repaired game several times now on EA app will no luck launching game.Anyone else having this challenge or issue as well ????&nbsp; Curious if Windows 11 could be why?&nbsp; Mass Effect Andromeda runs okay with Windows 11.Any help on this would issue / challenge would be greatly welcomed.Thanks.

Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window &gt; ENTER
Move the "License" folder to your desktop.
Test.

@blakseven Origin app can active Mass Effect 3 on EA app. Origin app is no longer officially supported and requires workarounds. The cd key is related to Steam's version of the game + EA app. After running Mass Effect 3 via Steam + Origin app only the first time, Steam + EA app will work every other session. EA app is unable to register/verify your Steam's Mass Effect 3 steam game on its own, at this time it requires Origin first time, aka 3 launcher apps carefuly executed since EA app force uninstalls Origin app from the computer.
