Mass Effect 3 won't launch on XBox One

Mass Effect 3 won't launch on XBox One for me.  I downloaded it through EA access, it runs through the XBox 360 screen but then goes to a black screen.  It is not an XBox One crash, I can return to the dashbboard from the blackscreen.

    I had the same issue, but I was booting from the game disc rather than EA. I just got done going through trouble shooting with Microsoft and EA.

     Microsoft: As long as your console can run other backwards compatible games, the console is fine and they can't do anything.

     EA: Perform a hard reset by clearing your alternate MAC address and try again.

    Luckily for me the hard reset worked. Hope you get your issue resolved.

    How would one go about clearing the MAC address? I have never even heard of that lol. Any further explaination would be

    I tried to put mass effect 3 on my Xbox one console, and it won't even load a black screen it just blips and nothing happens. It doesn't even give me the option to install the game. I tried a hard reset twice to no effect. I had an EA membership for a month for free but it expired. So I uninstalled the game and tried to install it from the disk that I have and nothing works. What else can I try?
