Mass Effect 3 won't launch. (updated with DXDIAG)

When launching the game, the application appears in Task Manager for ~10 seconds then disappears, and nothing else happens. Tried: -Reinstalling -Updating Drivers -Updating/Repairing game -Reboot...

Can you try compatability mode? Run in it Windows 7 and see if it will run. I've seen lots of gamers have issues with Windows 8.x

Tried compatibility mode for Windows Vista (SP 2 & 3,) Windows XP (SP 2 & 3) and Windows 7. No change. Windows 8 has caused me problems with games in the past, but none that have taken this long to work around.

  Tried cleaning out registry issues and plugging in another monitor. Didn't change anything.
