Thanks @EA_Ataashi. I really appreciate that and hope this can be resolved. One of the N7 weapons has always been my preferred weapon of choice for Shepard and the casual hoodie was my favorite casual outfit, so I would really like to get them back.
Yeah, no Online Pass or bonus content DLC is listed in the store, whether I access it from the marketplace or ME3's DLC menu. When I google it, there is a page for the ME3 Online Pass, but no button to purchase or download it at all.
I already contacted xbox support on the off chance they'd be able to do something since it's their marketplace and console that I'm playing on, but their support staff concluded that they are unable to resolve the issue on their end and that it has to be done through EA support.

Hi @EA_Ataashi,
Has there been any update? All my other attempts to contact support have come up dry with staff either not understanding my problem or just never responding to me.
I've attached some photos that might help. One is a screenshot of the xbox marketplace from my computer. This is the only way I'm able to even see the Online Pass as an item. It does not appear when I access the marketplace on console or the game's DLC menu. And as you can see, there isn't even an option from the browser to purchase or download it. So it exists, but I can't access it.
The second is a my code sheet that came with my preorder of the Collector's Edition six years ago. As the text states, I had to redeem the code for the Online Pass in order to use the Collector's Edition Exclusive Content. Ergo, EA removing the Online Pass must have affected my access to the bonus content somehow.

EA Staff (Retired)
We've already reached out to Microsoft to check what is going on with the DLCs (since it's technically their store), but I have no new information to share for now. I will keep you updated, when I get any solid news.
Thanks for all the additional information too!

Hey @EA_Ataashi I know it's been a few weeks, but I thought I'd update you. After weeks of waiting to hear back from Xbox support, they're telling me now that there's nothing they can do and that I have to contact EA support, which I had already done and which ended with them telling me that I need to go to Xbox support for a resolution. So, it seems that there is never going to be a solution to this as I'm stuck in an endless loop of one group telling me to go to the other for help. I just want the DLC I paid for, is that too much to ask?
