Mass Effect 3 Xbox 360 DLC, still able to play them on PC?

Up until now I've always played Mass Effect on the Xbox 360 and have therefore got a lot of DLC for Mass Effect 3 on said platform. Recently I moved out of my parents house and took my computer with me but the Xbox stayed behind with my little brother. And ofcourse, after a while I started to miss the Mass Effect series really badly so I decided to buy Mass Effect Trilogy for the PC. Now, here's my question: Since I've already payed good money for all the DLC for ME3 once, i'd hate to have to buy and download all of the DLC again, but for the PC this time... So I was just wondering, is it possible to play the DLC on the PC version of ME3 even though I've only got the DLC on Xbox?
