They should remake Andromeda.
After ME3 the milky way is a big no. So the base idea was good, also the combat, but everything else was bad. Especially the story and characters. So they should get some good writers, or at least the head writer should be someone with talent, so he/she can approve the good things and throw the bad ones out.
And when it comes to level sizes and the amount of quests BW should live by the following wise words: Less is sometime more.

2. Wrong again. I did. Get bored after a couple of hours. Terrible combat and movement. Story/world wasn't that interesting either. Find a woman, kill the lich king/nazgul knockoffs... Nah thanks.
