Mass effect: Andromeda error "Game is already running..."
This is my first time seeing this problem when i try to launch the game i get a popup window saying the "Game is already running..." but the game isnt running i checked the task manager and restared the pc but again the same problem. I have this error only in Mass Effect Andromeda and Anthem but not in apex or battlefield games.
The Problem Reports window is empty and i dont any have mods installed.
Stuff i tried are:
- Verify integrity
- Re-installing the game
- Installing the DirectX & VC again from the --Installer folder
- Disabling the overlay
- Compatibilty mode
- Disabling full screen optimizations
- Running administrator mode
- Clean boot
- Recent Gpu drivers
- Recent chipset drivers
- App recovery
- Re downloading Ea app
- Formating the windows drive
- Trying the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Checkhealth & DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow
Then please do the last one, creating a new Windows Admin account, as well
