Mass Effect Andromeda (Single Player Campaign) Horrible Lag

I am having this same issue on my desktop. It's horrible, really ruins the experience for you.
My laptop runs flawlessly... but it's got an i7 vs an i5 among other things I'm sure.

Have you guys tried removing your current graphics driver with DDU and then installing another one? For me it had a significant impact on the loading time and a bit on the framerate.
