I have the same question. The ONLY reason I haven't pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda yet is because I plan to buy physical for PC and I'm unwilling to put down any money until I know for certain that I'll be able to pa my extra $40 to Origin to upgrade to the Super Deluxe edition of the game. The sooner that info is available, the more likely I will be to order this game.
Without this info and option, I'm more likely to just put my $60 into buying a Nintendo Switch for Zelda. Seriously, EA and Bioware, Nintendo is launching a full system AND a new Zelda at launch just weeks before one of your major multi-year AA development games is going to market. Now is definitely NOT the time to delay announcing things that will sway how people spend their money. There are a lot of PC gamers who will be fine with waiting a few months on this release until the game gets sales discounts to pick up a copy if they are left guessing on things they consider important. We'll have The Zelder Scrolls - Hyrule to hold us over until ME:A Super Deluxe drops to $60-ish.
