Is there any update on when the Deluxe/Super Deluxe Edition upgrades will be available?
I asked David yesterday about this.
There is no ETA at the moment. The upgrade pack will come, but it might take a few weeks until it is released.
For those still interested in 
if you want super deluxe you have till friday i think? as in this weekend maybe only. its a limited time thing. otherwise wait on the deluxe upgrade pack for sure.
