mass effect archives

i was online when i saw an old hero that i forgot about but when i tried to hit use appearance it tells me that the hero is no longer available any one else having this problem?

Consistent crash using elevator to access crew deck
Whenever I try and do this the loading screen shows the moving elevator, it gets to a certain point and then it freezes, the music stops and the game crashes. Is there any fix?
