For now I've just uninstalled Mass effect and turned off HDR for the weird screen and it works again.
I'll search the origin of the problem later but thank you very much for answering 🙏🙏
Do you have a HDR capable monitor?
Mass Effect is not the culprit of this problem, that much is clear.
