Mass effect for pc movement problem

I just got the game through Origin Access, and when Shepard isn't holding a weapon he will run for a second then freeze before slowly glitch walking forward, almost like he is stutter stepping. When he has his weapon out he moves just fine. Also when I hold the space key down, the tactical menu pops up only for a few seconds then goes away again, making it practically useless.

System setup

I5 6600

EVGA GTX 950 SC edition

8 gigs ram

Windows 10 64 bit

So My Computer nor the game was the problem. It was the keyboard. After browsing a few more forums I found others with character movement problems found a solution by turning their keystroke rate down in their device settings. I also found out that my keyboard actually has a mode that does this automatically between 60 kps and 30. So after modifying both settings the first Mass Effect is working just perfectly as I am assuming for the others. Thank you very much for your help though, I really appreciate you taking your time to try to figure this out with me. 🙂 Posting the link to the forum with the solution here for others that may need help.

I've already tried. I went into the other two games in the series and had the same problem. I've updated my drivers for my graphics card, tried running as an administrator with service packs xp2, 3, and vista 3, and still nothing, tried all visual settings and still nothing. It's just these three games that do it too, every other game I have both steam and Origin work just fine.

In ME3 you can't holster your weapon, so the problem is always there?

Please create a DxDiag and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

In mass effect 3 I could barely move it was so bad, held the space bar to sprint and moved maybe 3 meters before rolling and almost couldn't get to the jump in the first level. And still the problem with the tactical hud. Here is my DXdiag.
