I've had the exact same problem for months on Steam, I've tried with two characters. Many people are complaining everywhere about this problem (reddit, steam forum etc).
Does anyone have a solution or is this achievement definitely buggy for some players ?
Edit : The achievement completion is at 10/10 when looking in-game in Extras->Achievements, but the achievement does not unlock on Steam.
