Mass Effect Legendary Edition Achievement bug

As the title states, I have just gone through the entire trilogy going for 100% and after I completed the trilogy I have two achievements that didn't pop. Ghost Ship for Mass Effect 2 and Focused for Mass Effect 3. I am not to worried about Ghost Ship, I suspect that will pop when I replay that mission. I am more concerned about the Focused achievement.

Things I have already tried for Focused so far include:

1. Reset point distribution for character.

2. Restart a new game with my ME3 imported character.

3. Restart a new game with my ME2 imported character.

4. Delete local save file (data saved to console only).

5. Uninstall/Reinstall ME3.

At this point I have come down to my last two options which I would like to avoid if possible. First would be to uninstall the entire game itself, though I don't think that will work. And the second option is to wipe data from both my local and cloud save. I currently play on Xbox Series X, any help would be appreciated.
