Summarize your bug When I try to launch MELE it tells me it's already running.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? no idea
What happens when the bug occurs? game won't launch
What do you expect to see? The game launch?
I've been trying to play mass effect legendary edition but I get a message saying the game is already launched. I tried using customer support, but that didn't fix my issue. I tried resetting the cahce, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, uninstalling and reinstalling ea app, fix game files, and took other steps offered by the ea rep. Has anyone manage to fix this issue?
Is your system time set correctly?
Even If, right click the Time/Date in the bottom right corner of the taskbar > Adjust Time and Date > Sync now > Test.
Try to run EA app a administrator. (Right click the EA app shortcut > Run as administrator.) > Test.If that don't works:
Create a new Windows user account (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table
- Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
- Test.
