If you play on a PC try to repair the game.

(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    This isn’t a glitch. It Kaden getting even for that decision you made back on Virmire 😆.

    Seriously, when I get weird things like this occurring, I just exit to the launcher, restart the chapter, and reload a save just before I encounter these freaky instances. It always seems to fix the wonkiness this game can sometimes provide.
