I have moved your post to a separate thread.
Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
I am having this issue with all the games like EAFC24 and FIFA 23

Have you checked that no ASUS software was running during clean boot?
Try to repair the games:
(Origin: Game Library > Right-click the game cover > Repair)
(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
If that don't helps:- Make sure EA app and Steam are completely closed.
- Go here and download the "Revo Uninstaller". (The freeware version, Portable version works too.)
- Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app
- At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Intensive" > Browse.
- If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next
- When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All (Make sure the "Origin Games" and "EA Games" folder is not in the list) > Delete.
- Restart the PC > Download EA app from here > Install
Yeah I checked that no ASUS applications were running at the time. I did it multiple times but there was no change in the behavior. I also bought the EA Play Membership because i thought it would fix it but it wasn't the case The game is now showing the tag EA Play instead of Steam and Downloading isn't beginning it just gets stuck on preparing.

Then do the clean reinstall of EA app as I suggested in my last post please.
I did it. The result is no different.

- Restart your Router in this way: Pull the power plug > wait 5 minutes > return the power plug
If that don't helps:
1. Create a new Windows user account (Administrator) don't use local special characters, use only Characters from the ASCII table2. Reboot > Log in to the new user account.
3.Test.
- @holger1405 Not working did that already
