Mass Effect Legendary Edition from Humble not added to my Library.

Good afternoon,
I need help getting Mass Effect Legendary Edition to work. I have a code I got from Humble Choice and when I go to redeem code in the EA app I get "Code Accepted" but then the game never shows in my library?

I tried contacting EA support via Chat (ref:_5008b00002HUzZLAA1:ref) and spoke with Shweta. Shweta was very nice and had me try a bunch of stuff (relogging to app, restarting computer, reinstalling app, etc) but could not figure it out.

Shweta said I should post here because it might be a bug and their managers stay active here 24/7. I figured it's worth a shot. I don't use EA very often so I'm probably doing something wrong. I'm wrapping up Jedi and figured playing back through ME would be pretty awesome now. Can someone help me figure this out. Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. Thanks for your help.

    Hi @WNSwins Excellent screenshot!

In all seriousness, if you search for the game from the store and select it do you get an option to download, view in library, or purchase?

Turns out the the "issue" is that the Keys EA provided to Humble expire after 1 year. I was contacted by someone from EA. They told me they can't "fix" this issue because the key was expired. The EA rep blamed this on humble telling me all Humble choice keys are like this, that however is not true, the only keys I could find on my Humble account that expire were from EA 😞

I prefer to keep the keys on my humble account until I'm ready to actually play a game. I redeem old Humble monthly/choice keys all the time with no issue. Kinda messed up to give out keys that expire and blame it on someone else... it really sucks too because EA has some really good games including Mass Effect, however this incident made me decide to stop buying EA games, quite unfortunate, I hope they will reverse practices like this in the future. It's messed up to take away something I payed for.

I encourage you to contact EA support hopefully they will make this right by issuing you a new key.

    Good luck,
