Mass Effect Legendary Edition Mass Effect 2 not launching on ps4

Hi,

I purchased Mass Effect Legendary Edition on PS4 disk edition and have already completed ME1... I started playing ME2 and I'm about an hour in but now the game doesn't launch from the combined launcher...Soon after loading the game just freezes forcing me to come back to ps dashboard...issue doesn't occur with ME1 or ME3...I have installed the latest patch 1.03 and also tried deleting and reinstalling the game but the issue still persists...pls help me
