mass effect legendary edition stuck on splashscreen pc steam no matter what i do

ok so I've had mass effect legendary edition for a while now on steam and I've tried to play it but it always gets stuck on splash screen no matter which mass effect I start I have tried all the methods out there to fix my problem so I wouldn't have to bother you guys but I didn't have any luck I've tried everything from clearing Ea cache to uninstalling and reinstalling the game and the app plus my pc overshoots the requirements. I was told by the support team to post my issue here so that's what I did, from Ace.
