mass effect legendary edition stuck on splashscreen pc steam no matter what i do

ok so I've had mass effect legendary edition for a while now on steam and I've tried to play it but it always gets stuck on splash screen no matter which mass effect I start I have tried all the me...

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
