If you go to the squad menu via the esc key it works. If you use the U key, it only works for Shepard.

I think it's a huge issue, and I'm having the same problem, playing on the Xbox One. I have not found a workaround and it is beyond irritating! It's game-breaking for me!

Has anyone found a solution for the Xbox? Does anyone know if the team is working on this??
