Mass effect legendary edition won't start

Hi guys! I bought the game yesterday and I could not play with it a second because when I launch the game it opens and leads me to the menu. In the menu I have the 3 game cards under each of them the...

It was the: Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
Type or copy and paste "control" into the new window. (Without the quotes) > Hit ENTER.
Choose "Region" > Administrative Tools > Change Locale > Check "Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support" > klick "OK"
Reboot > Test.
