Hello jerrino77, i moved this post fromt he IT to the EN boards as it was in english.
If you don't see the option to change language to Italian, it sounds like your version has some limitations.
To fix this, it really depends on where you got your game.

If you got it from an authorised digital reseller, then please reach out to them to see what happened with your game.If you obtained the code from a third-party reseller, unfortunately, the only option is to reach out to that seller to see if there's anything that can be done, as we won't be able to assist you with those codes.
