mass effect legendary stuck on splashscreen PC

Hello,

I purchased Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Steam, but everytime I try to play, it gets stuck on the splashscreen and never loads, its just stuck. I have tried everything I could find online to resolve the issue, from articles, reddit threads, youtube, you name it.

I tried clearing Origin cache, uninstalling, repairing, turning off Ingame, updating things etc etc,

but nothing works. I don't really know what to do now, I'd love some help or advice.

I am afraid you will not be able to run the MELE on this hardware.

The MELE requires a CPU with 4 logical cores, yours has only two.

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

There ya go! my PC is old and crappy but I managed to play Dragon Age Inquisition, and all three Mass Effect games previously on it
