Mass Effect Legendary UNC: Geth Incursions Glitched

I cannot complete the mission because after killing all the Geth possible a ship is hovering over the outpost on Rayingri. It will not drop more Geth, nor fly off. All other outposts and planets are complete. Hoping this glitch gets fixed. Anyone else having issues? I've seen someone else post about it on Reddit.

Save and reload may help to let the missing geth spawn again. If you can't save outside, just enter the base and you might save in there. That helped me in legacy while in the same situation.

I tried that earlier and it didn't work. This happened before the last patch. So it's been a while. Thank you though.
