That site already exists, but it's made with future games in mind and doesn't allow export to ME2 and ME3. For now, ME2 and ME3 have the Genesis comics, though the number of choices are limited.
@Fred_vdpThe mass effect comic is still there and is an option if you want to start ME 2 or 3 right away.
