I brought mass effect trilogy and when i open the box i didn't find any manual or product code
and i can't play any of the games

did you bought Mass Effect Trilogy PC on Origin ?
it's strange but Syberia II and Unravel ( on Origin ) without product codes too 🖥️
Did you bought a used copy?
If yes contact the seller and demand your money back, the code is bound to the account it was used at the first time and can't be used again.
If this is a new copy you should also contact your seller and inform him about the problem.
You'll have to return it then. They sold you an incomplete product. I wouldn't be surprised if someone removed the key from the box to register the game without paying for it.
