Il mio mass effect 3 won't start I got message that this game is not linked to this account.

I am having problems too.
- Close EA app and Steam completely. (not just minimized in the tray.)
- Press Windows key + R to open the Run dialog box..
- Enter or copy and paste: "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (Without the quotes) > hit ENTER.
- Delete the "License" folder.
- Test.
