ME 2: LE on PS4 Cannot Manually Save/Load with Imported Character

I have the Mass Effect Legendary Edition on Playstation 4 and I've finished ME 1 and wanted to import my character into ME 2. When I load ME 2, I have the option to import my ME 1 character like norm...

The saves that will be loaded from ME1 into ME2 will be in the "Char" folder.

    Thanks for the quick reply, sundance31us. However, I'm playing the game on Playstation 4, so the files are different. I've included images of my save data viewed through the system storage for ME: LE. Anyone know how to fix this inability to manually load/save on Playstation 4?

      Did you tried to power cycle the console?
