ME and ME2 do not start, what should I do?

ME and ME2 do not start, what should I do?
Hello, please help, downloaded the game, went into the launcher, tried to start part 1, it just doesn’t enter, just a black screen and a screen of the game from the 2nd one, but the 3rd one plays normally, tell me what to do

Please create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.
