Copying my answer from the other thread - Having the problem with an Xbox One controller myself - connected via Bluetooth or Wired doesn't seem to make a difference. EA Desktop purchase / launch.

I have the same problem where my XBONE controller is detected on launcher screen but stops working on ME1. Using Origin Launcher

@EA_Atic Xbox Series X gamepad on PC using Origin. Works okay in launcher, tried in all 3 games and none worked

@EA_Atic This needs to be addressed. I can't get a Xbox 360 or PS4 controller to work once I get past the menus.

Hi, my xbox series controller is not working properly with button mapping in the launcher and all me games in the legendary edition. Please update game or send us a work around. Thanks
