ME1 Ferros: Data Recovery quest not working.

I am unable to complete this quest. I had the option to speak with Gavin Hossle (the one who gives the quest) after defeating the Thorian. However, when I returned to the elevator to the Sky Bridge, it was unresponsive. This was a bug back when ME1 was first released, I had hoped it would have been fixed in the Legendary Edition.
