ME1 Game Crashing - Noveria - Aleutsk Valley
Keep encountering game breaking bug. Game freezes and crashes in the same spot when travelling to Peak 15 in Noveria's Aleutsk Valley. I've tried walking out of the mako but the game still freezes and crashes at the spot in the image attached. As such, I can't progress any further. My specs are an i7-10700 CPU, 16.0 GB RAM, RTX 3080.
@veloxcorvus Try repairing the game. If you play through Origin, clear its cache first:

Then open your Origin game library, right-click on the MELE icon, and Repair.
If you play through Steam, open your Steam library, choose the MELE, click on the gear icon to the right of the title, select Manage > Properties > Local Files, and click the button to verify the integrity of the game files.
