ME1 LE (Xbox): Liara's Overload ability missing

Hi, What the title says: first game in LE, playing on XSX. In the squad menu, I have Liara's Electronics skill upgraded to its maximum (screenshot here) - but even just the first point should grant ...

On PC this is also a problem because even though electrical is maxed out, you are unable to do any other tasks that requires that skill such as opening and decryption things. The function is overall broken entirely not just as a skill in combat.

Thanks for the addition. I didn't know that, since my infiltrator had those skills maxed out anyway.
