ME1 legendary can't board normandy

Well, I read that. But that is not solving the problem. He started from scratch and played everything again. * that. And then the bug hits again and I spend and additional 5 hours. That is a not a resolution, that is giving up. I mean, we know what the problem is (cutscene is not triggered) but we do not know why it is not triggered. There must be a flag that needs to be set in the savegame. And if there is not flag, EA needs to get their * together and fix this.

Don't you have a save before you boarded the Normandy for the first time?

If so repair the game as described and try that save.

This might also solve the problem for your current progress.

I'm also having the same problem. I have done the save and repair still not working also tried a new toon 5 diff times and still am stuck.

Did you get the cut scene where Shepard speaks to Joker and addresses the crew?

This is the first time you try to go back to the Normandy?

You spoke to the council?

There was no cut scene with joker. the only scene was with udena and anderson

this was after the council and the first time i try to enter the ship.

I wonder if leaving the docking bay, maybe creating a new save (away from the Docking Bay) and then heading to the Normandy might work.

Do you have the game in Steam or in Origin?

There are recent crashes of ME1 in the DxDiag. Did this crashes happen after you repaired the game? 

Please preform a clean boot and test in clean boot mode.

Make sure your virus scanner and other security software, Afterburner and similar software and also CORSAIR iCUE is disabled.

Make also sure that your GPU & CPU are not overclocked.

Game is on steam.

After the clean reboot and starting a new toon  iwas able to get the cut scene and board the normandy.

Then it seems something on your system is blocking the progress.

Maybe it will not happen again, but if it does I would suggest to find the culprit.

 I am now having this same issue and do not think a replay of my 6 hours will happen.

I am afraid there is no other way if you stuck at the same spot as the others. 

I have found a workaround and I hope it will be of use to everyone who meets this bug:
1) Enter Normandy airlock after talking with Udina and Anderson ("Stand by shore party decontamination in progress). You notice that you are stuck in the airlock and cannot enter ship (and you hear XO Presley is relieved and that commander Shepard has the deck)
2) Open the console (google how to enable console)
3) Enter the following: At BIOA_NOR00 Start_NOR10_01
4) You will be teleported behind Joker on Normandy, and you will see that you cannot exit the Normandy through airlock

5) Go to the Galaxy Map and interact like you want to fly to Citadel, and at that moment I was given a mission by admiral about some drugged researches
6) After this you exit the Normandy through airlock

7) Return to Normandy again through airlock, and this time the cutscene about addressing the crew will start
8) After this everything is fixed as I see for now
