This also happens to me, On Citadel on first visit zu the Choras Nest.
Using any ability leasds to Crash, also, enemy abilitys even on some shooting effects.
I tried a clean NV Driver Install, switching refreshrates in all Modes (windowed, full screen)
Alls effects on/off. This seemed to help peaople in the Saren fights.
Reparing the game always redownloads arround 980 MB.
I haven't started the other 2 Parts yet, but it is unplayable at all.
Just a maybe Hint, this seemed to happen after the first patch, i was able to use skills before.
Same to me yet, and I have not seen any instance of MELE team saying they have noticed it and starting to investigate repairs.
I also get the repairing and download 1 GB thing, but the last 8 rounds of repair have not done so.
I iterate between trying to progress on Feros, Noveria and the Tantau mission of getting wrex Armour. All on shooting the first person then crash out of MELE.
