It is still be of interest if it works with K&M? That would narrow down the problem.
Did you tried to repair the game.
(Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
(Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)
I have had it happen on rare instances when playing Infiltrator on M&K, not anything like every time, maybe one out of 100 uses...or less. It was annoying when it happened, luckily it wasn't fatal for me when it did happen.
Most of the time it took end of combat to fix it, but not every time......Didn't have it happen enough to figure any pattern, or help to diagnose it, but as a me too post, yeah, M&K it happens sometimes.
