ME1 Shepard uses medigel erroneously when attempting to fire whilst overheated

I saw this issue for the first time yesterday as well (I never use first aid, so it was a surprise out of nowhere). PC with KBM controls.

I was trying to fire my weapon and it just applied medi-gel instead (I can't remember if was overheated or not).

    Yeah, I saw it last night as well, but reloading seems to have helped.
