ME2 - Minimal Sound Effects in Cutscenes

So I guess first off, I don't know if there's a formal place to submit bugs beyond this form of asking a question, but if so then it should be linked in game and if not there should be one imo.

Regardless though, in ME2 I keep having SFX drop off in cutscenes.  Dialogue and music are unaffected, it's only SFX specifically that are quiet - gun sounds, the Normandy's engines, etc, I can barely hear them.  It's fine in gameplay; all three sound sliders are equal so none should be drastically quieter than any other.  Does anyone have a fix for this?

  • I have definitely noticed missing sound effects during certain cut scenes, most noticeably during ones involving Tali. Scenes in which she takes off her helmet's visor has the depressurization effect completely gone. Very jarring and immersion-breaking.

@HalfPastEternity Ive noticed this too, I fondly remember certain sounds that occured in a scene such as tali having her helmet removed and hearing them kiss; as well as in me3 a certain ending scene where you hear a deep breath but neither of these scenes have the audio as if its removed or extremely low.
And sometimes music transitions are heavily delayed and arent timed correctly like the end of citadel dlc and the main ending. Its very unfortunate.
