ME2 Bug Report Jack: Subject Zero

Bug Report -

I am currently playing through ME2 and just got to Jack's loyalty mission "Subject Zero"

I get into the building, and hear a Varren growl. As soon as I hear him growl the game freezes, then crashes. 

I tried reloading, rebooting, going back to the beginning and making sure Jack's original outfit is on (I have seen some other bug reports not related to this bug where doing this helped) but I still crashed as soon as the Varren growled. Any suggestions?

    @blaze_blazer 

    Did you also tried to repair the game?

    (Origin > Game Library > right click MELE > Repair)
    (Steam > Game Library > right click at MELE > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    If that don't helps create a DxDiag in text file format and post it with your next reply. You can do that  with the "Choose file" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

    I have a crash at almost the exact same spot.  For me, after I kill the pack of Varren, there is a door at the end of the room with a medi-gel container visible when opened.  I can open the door, but the moment I walk through it the game locks up and crashes.  I have the new June 7 update installed and have tried reloading the game, restarting the mission, and verifying game file integrity but it still crashes in this same spot every time

    I ran a second verify AFTER installing the June 7 update (other verify was run pre-update) and this corrected the issue for me
