ME2 crash during the loading after Freedom Progress final cutscene.

As the title says , I have a problem with ME2 , it crashes every time i procede to finish te mission, after Freedom Progress mission and cutscene, during the loading. My spec :  Processor : I5 840...

    No I don't have origin, I have only EA launcher and xbox game pass launcher.

    Anyway, I've uninstalled the game and i've tried to reinstall

    It worked luckily but honestly it was a hassle to install with a slow cellphone connection and a few GBs

As I said the game it's installed via Xbox Game pass via EA Launcher, there is no option to verify o repair the files. 

Should I reinstall the game ?

Do you have Origin installed and if yes did you looked if the game shows up in Origin?
