ME2 crashes when going to Haestrom

I've been playing the LE on PC and got to Dossier: Tali in ME2. Every time I try to land on Haestrom to do the mission, the game crashes and returns to the trilogy launcher. Any assistance would be a...

  @Avatar_Wanderful Can you try updating your nvidia driver? It's a little out of date.

    Doing a file repair addressed the issue. I will also update my driver though. Thanks.
