What system do you play on?
I play on a PC and i bought the game thru steam so it launches via steam and then goes to ea app, when i check the ea app is functioning in a limited capacity it says launcheed thru other app, and i can't track game save location Played ME1 no such issues, uninstalled cause it was making me angry.

Hi @d135da23f39e4f06, i get that. Did you have the game, the EA app, and Steam all installed on the same drive?No app are on my solid state c drive and game is on my terabyte HDD drive never been an issue

@d135da23f39e4f06 Gotcha, I have my OS on my SSD and everything else on the HDD. I ran into a similar issue after a Windows resinstall so I put everything on the HDD. It can cause issues for some players as not every Windows machine is set up the same.
