ME2 Legendary Edition - Freezing on same cutscene?!

I'm currently on suicide mission. So far it worked without a problem. But after the Omega 4 relays, something's wrong. Cinematic starts, nice but when they start chasing the game freezes. It freezes ...

@holger1405 Yes, I did a few edits but didn't expect any problems. Anyway, I removed the game and reinstalled. Problem solved. Thanks for your concern 🙌
