ME3: Can't hand in side quests on Citadel

Question

Specifically -Citadel: Heating Unit StabilizersCitadel: Cerberus Automated Turret Schematicsin my case, though I wouldn't rule out that this can happen to other side quests as well...I've collected the respective items in missions and my Journal says to hand them in but when I approach the NPCs I cannot interact with them, the "action circle" doesn't appear and the NPCs are standing a bit stiff.

@Geth270 For me some Quest also don't finish when you do interact. Shepard Just keeps repeating the sentence. Pretty annoying since in ME3 lot of missions need to be finished before certain story missions.

@Geth270 Just An update: for me it Deens the cause was that i was partway in the Leviathan DLC mission. I Just finished it and now i van finish the quests just fine 🙂
